The Fear of Childbirth is a PAIN

"A fairly common reaction for a person who experiences an alarming new pain is to avoid seeing a doctor because the doctor might confirm suspicions that he or she is going to die. . Went yesterday and today, have not been able to get comfortable today. My lower back and hip have been throbbing all day. Does the pain improve once I start going to the pool consistently? My Rheumatologist told me that the pain will get worse, then better, as time goes on with exercise. I don't take narcotic pain relievers anymore. Just Savella and Lyrica. I also have osteoarthritis and DDD. Tylenol Arthritis isn't touching the pain. Anyone else gone through this?" [46]
